I did not anticipate that I'd be writing a review on my diamond engagement ring purchase, but this company earned it. For me personally, it wasn't easy to understand the million aspects of selecting diamonds, and especially making them work with a particular setting. Prior to my engagement ring search I have not heard of Encore DT, but I found this double halo and it appealed to me. When I emailed Encore, asking what diamonds they would recommend, I was expecting a sales pitch. Instead, what I got was, not in so many words - "choose whichever diamonds you'd like, since all of our stones are eye-clean. The main difference will be how much the ring shines, but even that difference will not be life changing". This made sense to me, so I got an SI2 center and SI1-SI2 "additional stones". I got the ring last week and it is just like they promised. Reasonable people, excellent guidance and I appreciate the sensible approach to this expensive category of products.
