For anyone who has ever embarked on the ever so arduous journey of finding the right diamond engagement ring with the right specs at the right price, you already know how overwhelming this process can be. Everyone is trying to convince you that their way is correct, and unless you have a certain baseline of expertise, you are at the mercy of the salesperson who is basically, not in so many words, telling you to increase your budget. When I called Encore, the first thing their rep asked (and I quote) is, "Do you already have an idea of what you're looking for, or are some designs that have piqued your interest more than others?" All I knew is that I wanted a round halo and some additional diamonds. I did not even know of the existence of "floral engagement rings". After a 15-minute conversation (where I received quite a bit of guidance and very little sales), within the hour they had emailed me five designs to consider. The very last design was the one I now wear! Good experience, good customer service, excellent guidance and I would buy here again without even thinking twice.
