My main thing was to make sure that these guys are legit. I dished out $3500 for this engagement ring (the Mrs wouldn't accept any less than a half carat diamond) so I looked around for reviews to make sure this isn't some kind of fraud. Anyway I bit the bullet and submitted the order. That same day I get a call from their customer service. The guy confirmed that the ring is going to production and will be shipped out in a week. That was longer than I was hoping but then they shipped express even though I paid for standard. They also email me the tracking number. Overall awesome ring, professional people, I wouldn't hesistate to buy here again.
